Pest Control Plans Don’t Protect Your Home They Protect the Contract

Bait stations are a retention strategy, not a solution. They keep activity just controlled enough to justify another visit, another refill, another invoice, while rodents continue to live in wall voids, attics, crawlspaces, and basements.

Real rodent control is not a subscription. It’s a process:

• Identify how rodents are entering

• Remove the mice already inside

• Physically block access so they can’t return utilizing that entry point.

When access is eliminated, there’s nothing left to “maintain.”
